I particularly enjoy the banter between Elizabeth and Angie when they are the only two on the podcast. Thoughtful, fun, intellectual, humorous. Wonderful!

I am about to look for Joyce’s book. You mentioned during the interview that you were going to out a link on the notes page about someone who talked about the four pillars of simplicity, but I could not find any mention of that person’s name. I went back to listen again and could not distinguish his name (first name sounded like “Tad”). Can you give me that reference, please and thank you.

Especially the idea that power can be courage and confidence. Loved this: “It’s only fear.”

I’m a huge fan of Sylvia’s, and it’s wonderful to have more info on her sources of inspiration and her writing process. The about mimicking natural cycles (even when finding an agent!) was especially interesting. Thanks y’all for a great show.

I just wanted to mention that her web link isn’t working because it’s missing the “t” on her last name – http://sylvialinsteadt.com.

And I am so pleased to find Nina’s Stunning Sentences column. Here’s this from Nina: “But a writer is stuck with words, and reality must be covered in language. The question for every writer and reader is: what kind of language?” There’s a question to consider.
